Trans-gender prostitutes in Italy

This is the pictures from my album, which I made during my vacation in Italy. This naked used-to-be male trans-gender has got his surgery done in Brazil and made his way to Italy to sell (now herself) as a prostitute. No matter if it was raining, this street was
Their surgeries took place in the hostels and the surgeons were unknown people.
Isabella, ( trans-gender on the picture ) described it as very cheap and worth to get procedure. ( She must be lucky that unprofessional people has done everything right).
But if you look closer to this photo, you will see how roughly their job was done.
It is known that prostitution in Italy is legal, so trans genders are emigrating in here very often. These used-to-be males are even more popular than a female prostitutes in Pisa. The street in the picture belongs to trans-genders and the one next to it belongs to the female prostitutes.
fulfilled by a trans ladies, who were keep on spraying self tanning lotion on each other. As you are driving through them, it might going to look weird. Naked womans with XXL sized bumps and breasts are standing somewhere in the streets in the middle of the night, hiding under umbrella and flirting with every single driver.

Emotional face after the plastic surgery

How the physical changes by a plastic surgery affects people mentally? Some of them could be more upset, because they haven't got the result as they wanted and they might think, that it is no more possible to get their dream look. Others are becoming more obsessed for getting more procedures and are willing to become even more perfect. Also, some patients feels very happy and glad about the results, which they get.

Researchers examined hundreds of people just to find out how they are feeling and what their mind emotions are after their cosmetic or plastic surgeries and compared them with those, who haven't done any surgeries or those, who are against it. The researchers compared surgery patients with people, who wanted to get a surgery done and then decided to go against it and with those, who have never been interested in this kind of operations.

In terms of phsychological and health variables, there were no significant differences between all three groups of people. According to the medicalnewstoday.com 'The researchers examined what goals the patients wanted to achieve with cosmetic surgery. Alongside open questions, ten standard goals were offered, also including two which were clearly unrealistic: "All my problems will be solved" and "I'll be a completely new person". Only 12 % of the respondents specified these unrealistic standard goals. In the open questions, the patients answered on the whole more realistically, expressing wishes such as to "feel better", "eliminate blemishes" and "develop more self-confidence" '.

My opinion is that no matter how good and clever a doctor is and how perfectly he is doing his job, he can never be 100% sure about the patient reaction for what the results are going to be. Also, no matter how good commercials for the plastic surgery are shown, you never know is it still going to attract a person to go under the knife, even if the person's opinion was strong 'not to have it'.

Healthy procedures for men

Everyone wants to be happy about how they look. Someone is willing to look nice, because they want to make an impression for their lovers. The other ones are obsessed about being perfect and to look beautiful just for them selves.  When going under the knife the person has to always have their reason for taking this serious procedures. We have heard a lot of stories about women, who were having a plastic surgery procedures, but here is a four different stories about four, now healthy and happy men.  Four different reasons comes to only one wish - confidence.

Trevor Atkinson, 58, a man from East Sussex, has been always upset about how his eyelids looks like and  he couldn't feel self confidence, because it looked like his eyelids were hanging. Trevor has had a Botox procedures , so he decided to take a look on the Internet for eye area surgeries. In a few days he decided to go under the knife and the results that he saw, has changed his life.  Trevor loved the way he looks, he was happy about the natural look of his face and was glad that people who don't know him couldn't notice anything suspicious or unnatural on his face.

Chris Knowles, 38, had a liposuction after his diet and the result on his stomach couldn't be

removed easily, not even an exercises helped him to lose that fat, so the last choice that

came into his head was a plastic surgery.
Chris is now happy about how he looks like. He now enjoys taking his daughter with him for a swim and wearing a t-shirts. Even if he didn't want to tell his friends that he is going to have this procedure, there was always his wife, Jennifer, next to him,  who supported her husband.
This is a picture example of a liposuction procedure. Left before, right after.

Colin Ollernshaw, 54, has lost 13 st and the fold of skin that was left after his diet, made a man to be ashamed of his body.  This made him to feel uncomfortable even when he was getting naked in front of his wife.  A man decided to go under the knife for four operations  that took 14 hours to get his shape back. Colin is now exited about going on holidays , swimming or lying on the beach.

Dave Willcocks, 58, is saying now, that no one gives him more than 48 for his look. A man spent couple of thousands for his cosmetic procedures, but he is not saving the money for the things, that makes him to feel happy and attractive again. Dave's brow lift, upper eyelid surgery, face lift and liposuction surgeries was done at the same time, but it gains a lot of pain after all.  He has a work done about six years ago and is proud of how he still looks now.

It is clear to understand, that those procedures was taking for health reasons and it didn't came up with an obsession. You can always fix unwelcome parts on your face and body if that makes you to feel uncomfortable. If you think, that this makes your life easier and more enjoyable, find the nearest clinics and the best surgeons to fix your body.

Plastic package as a gift

Plastic breast surgery gift to a wonderful wife from a sweet husband, or buttock implants to a lover as a birthday present is natural and usual when a person is an adult. But what about the plastic-fantastic present to lovely daughters from their mother, when girls are 14 and 15 years old?

Sisters, Karen, 20  and Jennifer Lopez-Garcia, 21 were given £10k worth of presents from their mother for their birthdays. A nose job, breasts and buttock implants for teenagers was a plastic birthday gift package. This deal for the girls as they said helped to attract more males attention during their teenage time till now.  Perfect shape figure for the girls brought them popularity in the places they usually go to. The only problem was that Jennifer had PIP implants and had to have them changed.

However, is it not a serious risk to allow your child to get a plastic surgery and to go under the knife while being so young?  According to TheSun , cosmetic surgeon Dr Angelia Kavouni said: ''it is a lifestyle choice, but however I would say if I had daughters, you should wait until at least 18''.

A teenager's body could still naturally change until the age of 21, so it is a possibility to get serious injuries when the changes are occurring, and it can damage their figure or could also injure the viscera.

We are glad, that they weren't injured or anything really bad happened to these two beautiful ladies, but parents should be more careful when deciding what to buy as a gift for their children.

Our rapper, Lil' Kim has visibly changed. She had a nose job, changed her eye shape and her cheeks, which was done by surgeons. Again, we are back to obsession with perfection. Do you think she went too far like the other celebrities ? eg. Lindsay Lohan?  If you haven't seen the difference yet,  it looks like our singer from Brooklyn has bleached her skin.  Kim's nose looks really thin and we hope she is not going to become over obsessed as we don't want her to get addicted to plastic surgeries, like our beloved Michael Jackson.

Would you think its the same person in both, left and right pictures? Lil Kim before (right) and after (left).

Don't be a victim of plastic surgery

People are always wiling to get an excellent result when they are going under the knife, but who can warrant , that the procedure is going to be perfect? Before taking your last decision you have to be sure about your choice and confirm that you followed the main rules :
1. Find a clinic, that has most known name
2. Choose a surgeon, who was recommended by at least 15 clients
3. Get as much information about your procedure as you can
4. Test your allergies for the items that includes your suggested surgery
5. Talk with your partner about the cost of the procedure

If you think that the surgery is necessary, but you don't have enough money, just try to resist for all ' sexy humps', 'huge breast for half price', ' puffed lips for sweeter life' advertisements on the Internet, newspapers and so on. Save some money and take a high quality procedure. Don't take a risk, that may lead you to disease or even a tragedy.
DON'T FORGET, that if you decided to go along a cheap procedure by giving your body to 'a plastic surgeons', that no one ever heard of, you are taking a serious risk for your own health and the results that you WANT to get ,could be totally different that you ARE GOING to get. To fix that could may also cost you more than two high quality procedures.

Plastic surgeries

It is well known that plastic surgery is a worldwide procedure in the 21st century. Some people wants to get a better look as they are not happy what God has given them. Other people will need to do plastic surgeries for health reasons for example, physical scarring (from accident and injuries) or having a disease which means that they lose an organ such as breast and that will need reconstruction. However in nowadays  people are having lots of idols which they are trying to resemble.
It is also well known that people, mostly females are following their stereotypical look and they want to be  like someone, what/who is really popular in these days.
But the costs for better look are way too expensive and there are lots of online reviews and suggestions to get a cheaper surgery. However, it is possible that these cheep surgeries can come up with  tragic aspects.
What are people choosing today - price or quality?  Is it worth to pay less and take a risk by getting injured or killed by ''an accident''? Are the professionals are always doing their job remarkably? What is the main reason for people to go under the knife?
